‘Abot-Kamay na Pangarap’ star Allen Dizon among guests in Baby Go’s new massage spa opening

“Ang tunay na kayamanan ay ang kalusugan.”

That’s how BG Productions International matriach Baby Go sees the importance of relaxation and wellness. And that’s her mantra as she opened a new hub for relaxation and wellness in Pasig City.

Renowned actor Allen Dizon was among the guests of honor in the occasion. As for this ‘Abot-Kamay na Pangarap’ mainstay and internationally- and locally-award-winning actor, who has previously worked in a wide range of products under BG Productions, he appreciates the convenience and benefits of having a regular place to unwind after long days of taping his top-rated and longest-running Kapuso afternoon series.

(“Because I’m always tired, I also have no time to go to massage clinics. Whenever taping ends, they are already closed. Luckily, Ma’am Baby opened Thai Relax Massage, so now I have a regular place to go to in case I am stressed.”)

The grand opening of Thai Relax Massage was held on May 27 at the Micmar Building on M. Suarez St. in Brgy. Maybunga, Pasig City. It was a star-studded event with notable personalities gracing the occasion as a show of love for Madam Baby.

Other guests include Allen Dizon’s manager Dennis Evangelista (who also serves as line producer in the wide roster of films by BG). A host of celebrities including Kate Brios, Aida Patana, Liz Alindogan, and Shiela Delgado were also in attendance.

The gathering also featured GMA reporter Lhar Santiago, representatives from NET 25 and TV5, and veteran entertainment writer and host Aster Amoyo, adding to the event’s prestige.

Support also came from business and political circles, with appearances by businesswoman Aimee Ella, DILG Undersecretary Marylou “Renz” Marcelo, and various members of the Maharlikans Fraternal & Sororal Order of Tigers.

Atty. Topacio, together with artist Jesy Vidal and business partners Louie and Nathz Gamboa, showed their support for Madam Baby, highlighting their upcoming film collaboration, “One Dinner a Week.”

Commitment to the community

Baby Go’s passion for health and wellness stems from her extensive experience in the demanding movie industry. Over the years, her tireless dedication to producing films has earned her numerous accolades, but she has also come to understand the significant impact of stress on success and well-being in the industry.

Recognizing the restorative power of regular spa visits, she was inspired to create a sanctuary where others could find relief and rejuvenation. She often tells her clients that health is wealth, underlining her belief that true wealth lies in good health.

Thai Relax Massage is indeed more than a business venture. It is an embodiment of her commitment to support her community. As such, she has provided new opportunities for therapists who previously faced employment challenges, offering them continuous training in the latest wellness techniques.

Madam Baby’s deep connection to her family is apparent in her dedication to this project.

“Para to sa mga anak ko (Paule, Patti Pami, Siote Jerome) at sa mga manugang ko pati na rin sa mga apo ko,” she shared, highlighting her desire to contribute to their well-being and that of others.

[“This is for my children (Paule, Patti Pami, Siote Jerome) and for my children-in-law as well as for my grandchildren.”]

Comfort of body, peace of mind

Thai Relax Massage offers a variety of services, including full-body massages, feet therapy, and body scrubs, all designed to cater to the unique needs of each client.

“Ang ginhawa ng katawan ay kapayapaan ng isip,” Madam Baby reiterated at the event, highlighting the holistic benefits of their treatments.

(“The comfort of the body is the peace of the mind.”)
