Multitalented rapper, actor, director, and vlogger Pio Balbuena extended his heartfelt appreciation to former Senator and independent senatorial hopeful Bam Aquino for giving hope to unemployed individuals — often referred to as “tambays” — through the Free College Education Law.

In his vlog, Pio highlighted how fortunate “tambays” are now that they have the chance to pursue and complete a college degree, thanks to the initiative spearheaded by Senator Aquino. He emphasized that the law opens doors to a better, more promising future for those who previously felt stuck without opportunities.

Pio added that if he had known about Senator Aquino’s free college law earlier, he would have pursued his dream course.

Senator Aquino, in response, encouraged Pio that it’s never too late and that he can still achieve his dreams with the help of the free college education law.

Pio was also pleased with Senator Aquino’s plan to expand the free college program to guarantee jobs once he returns to the Senate.

Aside from being a rapper, actor, director, and vlogger, Pio Balbuena is the owner of the internationally recognized “Tambay” caps. Through his company, Tambay Traders Inc., he also provides livelihood opportunities to the unemployed.
