TV5 revamps its weekend programming and kicks off a brand-new early primetime block called Primetime Primera, delivering a powerhouse lineup of returning hits, exciting premieres, and original stories that resonate with Filipino viewers.

Headlining the weekend entertainment slate is the return of Emojination, which marks its fifth season filled with more emoji-inspired humor and lighthearted fun. The show airs every Saturday at 5:30 PM.
Following that is Sing Galing, the country’s original bida-oke game show, which now brings double the karaoke excitement as it airs twice weekly—Saturdays at 6:15 PM and Sundays at 6:30 PM. Expect more music, games, and heartwarming moments across the weekend.
Also making a major return is Masked Singer Pilipinas. Now entering its third season, the mystery-filled singing competition promises even bigger surprises and dazzling performances. Viewers can catch it every Saturday at 8:30 PM and Sunday at 8:45 PM.

Following at 6:00 PM is the primetime newscast Frontline Pilipinas, which continues to deliver trusted, relevant, and timely news coverage that empowers and informs.
Meanwhile, the trending digital youth series that’s been making waves online—Ang Mutya ng Section E—finally makes its highly anticipated television debut. Starring breakout stars Ashtine Olviga, Andres Muhlach, and Rabin Angeles, this coming-of-age hit series marks its TV premiere on May 19 at 6:45 PM.
Meanwhile at 7:15 PM, the gripping story of Totoy Bato grows even more intense as Kiko Estrada’s titular character journeys into a fight for justice.
Both Ang Mutya ng Section E and Totoy Bato are proud offerings from MavenPro, a joint venture between Viva Entertainment and the MediaQuest group. This marks another step in TV5’s mission to elevate Filipino storytelling with bold, high-quality content.
