A 22-year-old part-time barista and vlogger from Butuan City, Agusan del Norte, recently received a life-changing surprise when he won the P600,000 tax-free jackpot prize from the digital platform Isonus.

Raffie Balaga was named the grand prize winner in Isonus’ Keep Your Eyes On Us game promo after his 5-letter entry, “F-E-L-I-C,” was randomly selected.

Raffie’s winning entry, “FELIC,” was not just a random pick — it was a heartfelt tribute to  his mother, Felicisima.
