During a visit to the iWorth International Corporation office in Angeles, Pampanga, businessman Sir Glenn Ong Bobis sat down with select members of the media, including CinemaBravo, to talk about how the company empowers aspiring entrepreneurs, small business owners, and brand creators.
What iWorth Is and How It Began
Sir Glenn described iWorth as a retail and technology company focused on making product distribution and e-commerce accessible for all.
“Actually iWorth is a retail and tech company,” he said. “Ang focus kasi niya is product distribution… any products na naiisip mo or nakikita mo sa mga mata mo, I can distribute that nationwide.”
(Actually, iWorth is a retail and tech company. Its focus is product distribution… any product you can think of or see, we can distribute nationwide.)
The platform was conceptualized in 2023 by philanthropist husband-and-wife tandem Duard and Rosanne Ricalde, who wanted to build a system that allows Filipinos to start a business without needing large capital or inventory.
“Marami tayong natutulungan at madami rin tayong nabibigyan ng pagkakakitaan… sa mga gustong magnegosyo at sa mga negosyante na gustong lumawak pa yung market nila.”
(We’ve helped many people earn—both aspiring entrepreneurs and business owners who want to expand their market.)

Product Categories Under iWorth
Sir Glenn explained that iWorth carries two major product groups: iWorth’s own formulated products and merchant products from partner brands.
“We have skin cares, health, and services… Sa merchant naman, these are products from other companies na in-accept namin sa platform para matulungan din sila ma-market yung produkto nila.”
(We have skincare, health, and service products… Merchant products come from other companies that we accept on the platform to help them market their items.)
Currently, the platform hosts 10 to 20 merchants, covering categories such as fashion, auto-detailing, appliances, medicines, and home essentials.
Who Can Join iWorth?
According to Sir Glenn, iWorth is open to two groups: individuals who want to start a business with small capital, and business owners who already have products but need stronger marketing support.
“Pwedeng maging part yung mga gustong magnegosyo na walang ganon kalaking kapital… or yung mga negosyante na kulang sa marketing arm nila,” he shared.
(Those who want to start a business without large capital can join… and also business owners who need a marketing arm.)
How iWorth Supports Small Business Owners
Many small business owners have great products but struggle with promotion, distribution, and finding sellers. Sir Glenn shared that iWorth addresses all of these challenges.
“Si merchant bibigyan natin ng free website, free affiliate marketing system, may dashboard, may POS system… pati logistics at marketing strategy nagtuturo rin kami—AI, Facebook ads, digital marketing.”
(Merchants receive a free website, affiliate marketing system, dashboard, POS system… plus logistics and marketing strategy. We also teach AI, Facebook ads, and digital marketing.)
Through iWorth’s network of 4,000 to 5,000 sellers and distributors nationwide, merchants gain instant reach without building their own team.
The iWorth Dropshipping System
Sir Glenn explained that dropshipping removes the biggest burden for new entrepreneurs—unsold inventory.
“Pagpasok nila kay iWorth, lahat ng pwede nilang ibenta, ipo-provide na namin. Hindi na kailangan ng stocks, hindi na kailangan magbayad ng logistics.”
(When they join iWorth, everything they can sell is already provided. No need for stocks, no need to pay for logistics.)
iWorth and its partner merchants manage all warehousing and delivery needs, giving sellers the freedom to focus only on marketing and sales.

“Kung SRP ay Php1,000, may Php400 ka roon…”

Sir Glenn added that iWorth also offers various incentives, including local and international travel and gadget rewards.

“Magre-release na kami ng mobile application… pwede i-access kahit nasa ibang bansa pa.”
(We’re releasing a mobile application… it can be accessed even from abroad.)
He added that unlike other dropshipping companies that limit product categories, iWorth accepts a wide range of products, making it accessible to many business types.
