Rhodessa Montano Belen ends reign, crowns Russia at Mrs. Asia Pacific Intercontinental

Rhodessa Montano Belen has officially ended her reign as Mrs. Asia Pacific Intercontinental 2024, marking the conclusion of her term during the Mrs. Asia Pacific International 2025 pageant held across Singapore and Malaysia. The coronation night, staged on December 6, saw Belen pass on the international crown to Usova Anastasiia Viktorovna of Russia, who was named Mrs. Asia Pacific Intercontinental 2025.

The international pageant is mounted by Lumiere International Pageantry, led by its CEO and Founder, Ms. Quek Siew Bee, who also serves as the International Director of the Mrs. Asia Pacific International Pageant. The competition highlights married women from the Asia-Pacific region, putting equal emphasis on leadership, advocacy, purpose, and empowerment, alongside beauty.

Aside from fulfilling her ceremonial duties as the outgoing titleholder, Belen played a more hands-on role behind the scenes. During the 2025 edition, she acted as a mentor and de facto national director for the Philippine contingent. She personally selected, guided, and prepared four delegates from the Philippines, overseeing their training and readiness for the international competition.

Her involvement underscored her commitment to developing future Filipina representatives on the global pageant stage, extending her impact beyond her own reign and into mentorship and national representation.

Reflecting on her year as a titleholder, Belen described her reign as “a transformative chapter defined by balance, authenticity, and personal growth.” As a mother of three—Braeden, Brentt, and Brienne—wife to Jason, and a software/data engineer, she successfully juggled multiple responsibilities while fulfilling her duties as an international queen. She emphasized the support of her family as essential: “My husband and children were my greatest source of strength, allowing me to pursue my dreams while staying grounded.”

Belen’s mentorship of the Philippine delegates enabled them to gain valuable experience, showcasing the talent and potential of Filipino women on the international stage. She expressed pride in seeing her mentees achieve distinction while fostering the next generation of empowered queens.

“The crown is not only a symbol of achievement—it is a responsibility to uplift, inspire, and serve. I am honored to have passed it to an exceptional queen from Russia and to witness how the Philippine delegates represented our country with grace and determination,” Belen said.
