A fresh addition to Quezon City’s dining scene has arrived with the opening of Ambrossia PH, a luxury Greek-inspired restaurant that officially welcomed guests on December 8, 2025, along Tomas Morato. Designed to offer a new fine dining experience, the restaurant blends world-class cuisine with the warmth of Filipino hospitality.

Founded by husband-and-wife team Mr. Armarjay Abundo and Mrs. Catherine Abundo, Ambrossia PH was built on the belief that elevated dining should feel welcoming rather than intimidating. The concept grew from their shared passion for exceptional food and evolved into a full culinary vision through collaboration with some of the country’s most respected chefs.

Chef Anthony Ang, the restaurant’s Culinary Consultant and menu strategist, leads the development of Ambrossia’s story-driven plates. Known for his precision and modern approach to Asian flavors, Chef Ang helped refine signature dishes such as the Kurobuta Crispy Pata à la Pobre, elevating familiar Filipino profiles through global techniques.

Chef Maclin, the restaurant’s Chef de Cuisine, brings years of international cruise-line experience, contributing sophisticated plating and world-inspired interpretations to Ambrossia’s fine dining selections. His expertise shapes dishes within the Premium Degustation lineup, focusing on balance, texture, and contemporary execution.

Chef Ruben Ignacio Jr., widely known as “The Singing Chef,” adds a creative touch through his flair for modern Filipino artistry. He lends his signature style to heritage-focused plates such as Urduja’s Pinakbet, reimagining classic Filipino vegetables and flavors through refined culinary craftsmanship.

Chef Cesar Aguilar, celebrated for crafting iconic Filipino dishes, brings depth to Ambrossia’s comfort-driven menu. His mastery of traditional Filipino recipes contributes to favorites like the Classic Pork Ribs, prepared with slow-cooked techniques and bold local flavors.

Rounding out the team is Chef Pablo “Boy” Logro, a legendary Filipino Executive Chef whose royal kitchen experience includes serving international dignitaries and global leaders. His influence is reflected in elite menu offerings such as the Avocats aux Crevettes, a dish once served to royalty and now presented at Ambrossia as part of its elevated dining program.
