Senator Bam Aquino continues to top voter perception rankings, emerging as the most favored senator in Publicus Asia’s PAHAYAG First Quarter survey.
This latest result follows his strong performance in the Pahayag 2025 End-of-Year (PEOY-2025) survey, where he also secured the top position. In the newest round of polling, Aquino recorded a 59 percent net favorable rating, with 30 percent of respondents describing their view of him as “very favorable.”
The updated figure marks an increase from his previous 54 percent net favorable rating in the PEOY-2025 survey, reflecting a continued rise in positive public sentiment toward the senator.
His fellow majority members – Senators Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan and Risa Hontiveros – placed second and third, respectively, both with identical 50 percent ratings, while Senators Rodante Marcoleta, Bong Go, Raffy Tulfo, Ping Lacson, Robin Padilla, Alan Peter Cayetano, and Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa rounded out the Top 10.
The PAHAYAG first quarter nationwide, independent, non-commissioned survey, which used purposive sampling, was conducted from March 21 to 24 among 1,509 registered voters.
The respondents were randomly selected from the market research panel of PureSpectrum, a U.S.-based panel marketplace with global operations and a regional office in Singapore.
Publicus Asia was the only survey company to correctly predict that Go and Aquino would finish first and second, respectively, in the 2025 senatorial elections.
