A-lister actress Sharmaine Arnaiz recently stopped by the Maddox Jewelry showroom at 1011 J.P. Rizal Street in Concepcion Uno, Marikina City, where she personally browsed through the brand’s selection of high-end pieces while exploring a possible trade.

Originally intending to either sell or exchange her own pair of earrings, the actress received an unexpected but welcome result during the evaluation. Her jewelry was appraised at ₱34,000, allowing her to move forward with a deal that worked in her favor.

With the assessed value, Sharmaine successfully traded her earrings for a necklace priced at ₱24,000, along with an additional pair of earrings.

Her visit also reflected a prior familiarity with the brand. Even before arriving at Maddox Jewelry, Sharmaine was already aware of its growing presence in the industry, as well as its President and Founder, Ms. Charo Cordial, whose name continues to gain recognition in the jewelry scene.

But the conversation didn’t stop at sparkle and style. Sharmaine also shared her intention to sell their luxurious property in Southwoods—a massive 900+ square meter house and lot complete with a swimming pool and a scenic golf course view.

Interestingly, Ms. Charo herself expressed interest in the property, though she mentioned she would first need to personally inspect it together with her husband.

According to Sharmaine, the decision to sell stems from practicality, as her children are now studying in Manila. And with a hint of excitement, she revealed that once the property is sold, she plans to indulge in more Maddox Jewelry pieces—talk about turning assets into timeless elegance!

The two empowered women also had a heartfelt exchange about Sharmaine’s journey in showbiz. Being half-Indian, the actress shared how she eventually adopted a screen name that would resonate more with the local audience.
