Recalled talks about disturbing visions about chilling accidents, post-traumatic memory loss, and a woman’s desperate fight to uncover the truth about her past. It tells the story of Soo-Jin (Seo Yea-ji), a woman who is returning to her daily life with her husband Ji-Hoon (Kim Kang-woo) while suffering from post-traumatic memory loss after an accident. Her recovery takes an unexpected turn when she starts to have eerie visions. While dealing with all of these, her former co-worker tells deadly secret about her husband making her situation even worse. This starts a desperate fight to uncover the truth about her past. Where will Soo-jin’s search for the truth take her?

The film ranked No. 1 at the Korean box office as it received good reception. It remained on the top spot since its opening day in April and garnered 136,040 cumulative audiences on its opening weekend. As of last month, Recalled is at the 5th place among all the Korean films released in 2021, with a gross of US$ 2.61 million and 327,117 admissions.
