The press presentation for Mister Grand Philippines 2024 introduced a dynamic lineup of candidates, showcasing their charisma and physique as they gear up for a series of events leading to the grand coronation.

The event featured a lively atmosphere with over eighty media personalities in attendance. Hosted by pageant winners Jessie Guinto, Raed Elzin, and Gabrielle Lantzer, the spectacular presentation and sashing ceremony marked the official launch of the competition, with the distinguished gentlemen vying for the prestigious title.

The candidates flaunted their physiques in stylish swimwear from Locco Locco Underwear, created by award-winning actor and influencer Nico Locco.

Representing various provinces and municipalities, the candidates took to the stage to receive their sashes, proudly showcasing the regions they represent. Esteemed media guests engaged with the contestants during the Q&A session, spotlighting their unique stories and aspirations for the competition.

There are 37 candidates in total for Mister Grand Philippines 2024.

Special awards were also presented during the event, celebrating standout personalities. The myDentist Clinic Media Choice awards went to Aaron Paul Francisco from Malolos, Bulacan; Jonathan Perez from Bulacan Province; and Jonas Harina from Quezon Province. 

Meanwhile, eight gentlemen were honored as the “Smiles of the Night,” showcasing their charisma and charm: Dale Danielle Fisher – Australia Fil Comm; Mark Joseph Macalintal – Caloocan; Sandy “Zandro” Sales Jr – Mandaluyong City; Albert Decio – Marikina City; Jonathan Perez – Bulacan Province; Kim Cenia – Cebu; John Jerricho Porciuncula – Antipolo, Rizal; and John Denmark Tomelden – Quezon City.

Among the official candidates competing for the coveted title are Aaron Jo Reyes (KSA Fil Comm), John Denmark Tomelden (Quezon City), and Jonas Harina (Quezon Province), who also clinched Mr. Viva Café special award during the event.

Mister Grand Philippines 2024 is set for an exhilarating schedule of activities, commencing with a charity event on October 10. The packed itinerary includes a welcome dinner with Kalibo’s Mayor Hon. Jose Miguel Miraflores; parade of opening salvo featuring vibrant ati ati costumes and preliminary competition on October 11; an Access Denied Fashion Show at Jamins Hotel, Kalibo on October 12 and at Ambassador in Paradise Resort, Boracay on October 14. 

The Mister Grand Philippines 2024 journey is packed with enriching activities including a makeup training session with Bambbi Fuentes on October 18; a public speaking workshop with Aces and Queens, and Pageant Personality Development Training with Ian Mendajar on October 19; and a charity event coupled with a gala night with last year’s winners on October 20.

As the countdown to Mister Grand Philippines 2024 continues, candidates will also make appearances on various radio and television shows, allowing them to reach a broader audience and showcase their dedication to the competition further. 

As anticipation builds for this year’s pageant, the Grand Coronation Night of Mister Grand Philippines is scheduled for October 25 at Metrotent in Ortigas. The candidates are gearing up to highlight not just their physical attributes but also their commitment to community service and personal growth. This edition of Mister Grand Philippines is poised to be a vibrant celebration of talent, culture, and heart.
