The story follows Erwin (John Mark Marcia), a devoted husband whose long battle with erectile dysfunction has left his marriage to Olive (Anya Austria) strained and emotionally distant. Desperate to restore what they once had, Erwin searches tirelessly for a cure until he hears of Milagros (Vern Kaye), a mysterious healer in a remote province whose miraculous touch is believed to cure any ailment.

With nothing left to lose, Erwin places his faith in Milagros. But what begins as a deeply intimate healing ritual soon awakens more than his body. As he continues to seek her guidance, gratitude gradually turns into desire, and their growing connection blossoms into a forbidden romance that gives Erwin a renewed sense of purpose and happiness.

Unbeknownst to him, Olive has also been living with years of loneliness and unfulfilled desires. Finding comfort in the arms of their handsome driver, Jomar, she embarks on a secret affair of her own. As husband and wife drift further apart, their hidden relationships become entangled, forcing them to confront the painful realization that their marriage had begun to crumble long before either of them found someone else.
