WATCH: ‘The Matrix: Resurrections’ full trailer is here!

The long-awaited fourth film in the iconic franchise of The Matrix has finally revealed its full trailer Thursday night. From visionary director Lana Wachowski comes ‘The Matrix Resurrections,’ which is once again bound to bend the sci-fi/action genre this 2021. 

This new film reunites original stars Keanu Reeves and Carrie-Anne Moss as they reprise the iconic roles that made them famous—Neo and Trinity, respectively.

Check out the full trailer for ‘The Matrix: Resurrections’ below and watch it in Philippine cinemas soon. In the US, it is scheduled to be released by Warner Bros. Pictures on December 22, 2021 in cinemas. It will also stream on the same day (and will run be available for just one month) on the ad-free tier of HBO Max.

Lana Wachowski directed from a screenplay by Wachowski & David Mitchell & Aleksander Hemon, based on characters created by The Wachowskis.  The film was produced by Grant Hill, James McTeigue and Lana Wachowski.  The executive producers were Garrett Grant, Terry Needham, Michael Salven, Jesse Ehrman and Bruce Berman.

Wachowski’s creative team behind the scenes included “Sense8” collaborators: directors of photography Daniele Massaccesi and John Toll, production designers Hugh Bateup and Peter Walpole, editor Joseph Jett Sally, costume designer Lindsay Pugh, visual effects supervisor Dan Glass, and composers Johnny Klimek and Tom Tykwer.
