Beautéderm Corporation expanded its fragrance portfolio with the launch of a new perfume collection inspired by some of the people who have helped shape the brand’s story — introducing signature scents dedicated to longtime ambassadors Sunshine Garcia and Vice Governor Alex Castro, alongside four new fragrances.
Held on June 25, 2026, at the Beautéderm Corporate Center, McArthur Highway corner B. Mendoza Street, Barangay San Nicolas, Angeles City, Pampanga, the launch gathered members of the media from Metro Manila and Pampanga, alongside brand ambassadors and special guests, for the unveiling of the company’s newest additions to its growing fragrance collection.
More than introducing new scents, however, the event highlighted the philosophy that has guided Beautéderm for the past 16 years—that lasting relationships and genuine connections have always been at the heart of the brand’s success.
According to Beautéderm founder and president Rhea Tan, the new collection reflects the company’s journey through the years, with two of its newest scents paying tribute to Garcia and Castro, who have remained among Beautéderm’s original celebrity endorsers since 2013.
“Beautéderm is still around after 16 years and continues to develop not only as a business but also as a cultural force.”
Miss Rei said the decision to dedicate fragrances to the two celebrities was rooted in gratitude rather than marketing.
“We express our gratitude to Sunshine Garcia and our Vice Governor Alex Castro, [two] of our original endorsers—our OGs—since 2013. They have grown to be significant figures in Beautéderm’s success, so we have developed fragrances for them. That illustrates how business is always personal. It is personal because Beautéderm believes in a culture in which everyone is treated as if they were members of a real family with no one left out. This sense represents that brand growth isn’t always about money.”
Fragrances inspired by personality and confidence
Leading the collection is Sunshine, a refined fragrance that exudes confidence, with notes that unfold beautifully on the skin to create a distinctive signature scent.
Its counterpart, Alex, was masterfully created for individuals who enjoy optimistic days without overdoing it. The fragrance is designed not only to create an uplifting aura but also to elevate one’s mood.
Beautéderm also unveiled four additional fragrances that further expand its perfume lineup.
Bespoke is artistically crafted for perfume enthusiasts who appreciate art in a bottle. Using fragrance oils sourced from Europe, it is thoughtfully designed for everyday individuals who find confidence through scent.
Rein offers a bright blend of citrus and clean neroli, leaving behind a refined, smooth, and refreshing finish.
Rei delivers an irresistibly sweet fragrance that takes wearers on an unforgettable sensory journey while offering a reassuring depth.
Completing the lineup is Audrey, which combines radiant brilliance with an indescribable softness to create a captivating fragrance inspired by the power of self-expression.

Friendship beyond endorsements
Although the launch introduced six new fragrances, much of the afternoon’s conversation revolved around the friendships that inspired them. They were also joined by some of the most valued ambassadors of the brand including Sanya Lopez, Glydel Mercado, Kitkat, Kakai Bautista, and many more.
Miss Rei shared that Beautéderm has always valued genuine relationships with its celebrity ambassadors, viewing them as family rather than simply endorsers. She added that she has consistently supported both Garcia and Castro not only in their careers but also in their personal lives.
For Castro, that sense of belonging has been one of the reasons he has remained with the company for over a decade.
“Hinayaan niya yung puso namin na makapasok sa heart niya para yung trabaho, naging pamilya… Hindi lang sa akin, sa lahat gano’n siguro po yung nangyayari kaya naging professional, hanggang sa naging relationship.”
(“She allowed us into her heart, so what started as work became family. I believe that’s what happened not only to me but to everyone else—it began professionally, then eventually grew into a genuine relationship.”)
Garcia echoed the same sentiment, saying the care Miss Rei extends to every Beautéderm ambassador is unlike anything she has experienced elsewhere.
“Pag naging ambassador ka niya o pumasok ka sa Beautéderm, iba yung treatment niya. Iba yung pag-aalaga niya. Doon ko kasi nakita yung difference niya sa iba. Kung paano niya alagaan, kung paano niya mahalin yung mga ambassador niya…”
(When you become one of her ambassadors or join Beautéderm, the treatment is different. The way she takes care of you is different. That’s where I saw how she stands apart from others—it’s in how she cares for and genuinely loves her ambassadors.)
“Ikaw, mamahalin mo talaga siya, rerespetuhin mo siya,” Garcia noted that kind of sincerity naturally earns people’s loyalty. “At kahit na ano ang mangyari, siya pa rin ang pipiliin mo. Kahit na minsan nabigyan ka ng ganito, sa kanya ka pa rin babalik, kasi yung love niya sa ‘yo, totoo.”
(You can’t help but love and respect her. No matter what happens, you’ll still choose her. Even if opportunities come your way elsewhere, you’ll always return to her because the love she gives you is genuine.)
She added that Miss Rei has never treated celebrities as mere marketing tools: “At hindi ka niya gagamitin nang dahil sikat ka o ‘Aabangan ko ‘to kasi sisikat ‘to’. Hindi siya gano’n e! Walang gamitan moment. Hindi kagaya sa iba… Lahat ng ambassador niya, pamilya niya talaga, tinuturing niyang anak, kaibigan, literal na pamilya.”
(“She never uses you just because you’re famous or because she thinks you’ll become famous someday. She’s not like that. There’s no sense of using people for personal gain, unlike others. All of her ambassadors are truly family to her—she treats them like her own children, friends, literally as family.”)
After 16 years in business, Beautéderm’s newest fragrance collection does more than introduce fresh scents. Through perfumes inspired by longtime ambassadors and fragrances crafted to celebrate individuality, the company reaffirmed the values that Rhea Tan believes have fueled Beautéderm’s continued growth: authenticity, gratitude, and relationships that extend well beyond the business itself.
